Dragon Heart Dark Chocolate Truffles

These truffles are truly decadent. We use a 4 step process with them, which takes some extra time, but is worth the valiant effort for the flavor produced. 

Flavor:

Dark Chocolate naturally colored with beetroot powder envelops a coconut syrup/cacao butter dragonfruit gooey center.
