Rose Cardamom Tahini Truffles

Dark Mylk chocolate shells encase rose cardamom infused tahini for a floral and earthy flavor. This is an homage to Middle-Eastern cuisine, and specifically the Lebanese people who took my sipping chocolate class and said "ROSE AND CARDAMOM! We love that flavor combination and have been using it for so long." 

It was just a random combo for me, but with their validation, these little truffles came into being. 

You get 4 0.3oz truffles covered with a rose petal 

Ingredients

Cacao, Lucuma, Coconut Sugar, Coconut Syrup, Tahini, Rose Petals, Cardamom, Vanilla.
